What is your process for cleaning a DPF/DOC filter?

We clean and bake DPFs/DOCs and other heavy-duty filters at our Winnipeg location. We use a kiln to bake filters. This process heats up the baked on soot, allowing it to loosen and fall out, making the cleaning process more efficient. We then blow out the filter to remove any remaining debris and dirt.

This service typically takes 10-12 hours for a standard filter. We ask that you drop off your DPF by no later than 4pm in order to have it serviced for the next day. Learn more here.
