For the last 20 years, we’ve been manufacturing a variety of copper and brass cores in-house at our Winnipeg, Manitoba shop. Our copper-brass core manufacturing department has expanded and changed over the years. We are very excited to officially announce our brand new heavy-duty copper-brass core manufacturing plant!

Located at 2010 Logan Avenue, our new copper-brass core manufacturing plant shares a parking lot with our 2008 Logan Ave service centre.

Inside Our New Copper-Brass Manufacturing Plant

Our new copper-brass manufacturing department is located directly beside our Winnipeg, Manitoba Canada shop.

We have a highly skilled team of machinists and shop technicians working full time in this department to create custom radiator cores in Canada.

The heavy-duty copper-brass core manufacturing plant has a lot of new features we’re excited about:

Our new brass radiator core manufacturing plant is the largest in Western Canada!

With 4,000 sq feet, we’re able to have room for our state-of-the-art equipment. This includes our CNC press that allows us to manufacture accurate and precise brass radiator headers.

New Heavy-Duty Copper-Brass Core Machinery
Also at our new location, we’ve been able to get brand new fin tables, allowing us to increase our work capacity.

Cleaner Environment
We also improved our ventilation to reduce smoke and have a healthier environment for our workers.

Additionally, our heavy-duty copper-brass core plant now operates in a new building, not shared with the servicing side of our shop.

Therefore, we’re able to improve our turnaround times and get heat exchanger parts to you quicker!
