How To Order A Custom Heavy-Duty Aftermarket Radiator

Whether you’re looking to improve an existing OEM heat exchanger part or manufacture something new, there’s two ways you can order a custom rad from our team at West End Radiators.

Option A:

Sample Part or Drawing

Provide our team with the sample part or drawing of the industrial cooling system part that you’re looking to customize. We will always require this from you before we can begin manufacturing a custom rad as it ensures our part will fit your machine’s needs.

Option B:

VIN or P/N

Provide the VIN or P/N for the cooling system part you’re looking for and our team will either build it to your request or see if we already have the item in our extensive part inventory. We often have custom aftermarket rads already in stock and may already have the aftermarket part you’re looking for in our warehouses.

It’s important to be aware of potential radiator issues to prevent more significant problems down the line. Our turnaround time for a custom built radiator is dependent on a few factors, such as core style you’ve selected, rad size and shipping requirements. Typically once you have signed off on the production sheet, we can have your radiator ready within 3-5 business days. However, we often have custom aftermarket rads already in stock and may already have the aftermarket part you’re looking for in our warehouses.
