We are one of the only aluminum core manufactures in Canada at our manufacturing plant based in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
While aluminum presents unique challenges because of its properties, our team has spent the last 10+ years investing in technology and training to have the skills required to handle aluminum parts with precision and care.
We offer aluminum welding services at our Winnipeg and Saskatoon locations. While our Estevan shop doesn’t perform aluminum welding on-site, we can ship your part to one of our other outlets and have the service completed there in a timely manner. We can also ship any of our aluminum heat exchanger parts across Canada and the U.S. with rush services available.

Step 1:
Download Core Order Form & Submit Order
Step 2:
Sign-Off On Production Order
We will send you a confirmation sheet with the measurements we’ve received to ensure we have sign-off. We will always get your approval before beginning production.
Step 3:
Core Ready For PickUp/Delivery In 1 Week Or Less
We’ll have your core ready within 1 week or less. Customers can pick up from one of our locations, coordinate delivery if within city limits or organize freight shipping.
