About Our Manufacturing Plants

Our copper-brass manufacturing plant is one of a kind, with industry-leading equipment and over 100+ years of combined experience across our technicians. Our copper-brass cores are manufactured to withstand high temperatures without failure or leaks.

We offer both automotive and industrial style copper-brass cores, with multiple fin styles, fins per inch and core widths, dependent upon selected style and machine’s needs.

Our aluminum manufacturing plant is the first of its kind in Western Canada, and was a project that took our team over 10 years to perfect before opening to the public. We can reverse engineer any stock P/N and replace it with one of our custom aluminum cores.

Our aluminum cores are up to 50% heavier duty compared to the OEM and are custom designed to exceed your equipment’s requirements. Our aluminum cores come in two basic types – Flat Header and Turn-Up Header and can be ordered with different types of fin styles, heights and fins per inch

  My car had a flat tire outside of their business and Rhonda (I believe that’s her name!) saw me outside crying and took me to their shop to get a technician to help me. I didn’t get the technicians name but he was so comforting and was calming me down. When I went inside, nobody questioned me and they acted like helping a random strange was a normal everyday thing which helped in a distressing moment for me. The employees here are so selfless and after my car was done they even invited me in for tea and coffee.
