The position:

As our Shop Hand, you’ll be a core team member in the repair and maintenance of our customers radiators. Your role involves the precise tasks of measuring, washing, buffing, and preparing components for top-notch service. Your attention to detail ensures our customers receive nothing but the best. Plus, you’ll keep our workspace organized, collaborating with our team to make sure tasks are done efficiently. 

What you will do:

• Assisting Foreman with customer’s products 
• Disassemble and reassemble various components (heat exchangers, exhaust components, etc.) 
• Perform tasks using power tools in a safe manner 
• Responsible for overall cleanliness of his/her working environment 
• Complete tasks individually and within a team 
• Flexible and willing to do various other tasks as assigned by Manager 

Qualified candidates will possess the following skills/qualities:

• Positive attitude 
• General mechanical abilities 
• Soldering, welding, braising experience and/or knowledge is an asset 
• Forklift Operator Certification is an asset  
• Must have good written and oral communications  
• Good organizational skills 
• Strong attention to detail  
• Physically capable of lifting and moving items up to 50 pounds unassisted
