The position:

As a Sales & Service Associate, you’ll be an integral part of our team, responsible for attracting new clients and providing outstanding customer support to existing ones. What you will do:

• Serve customers courteously both at the front counter and over the phone. 
• Understand customer needs by gathering detailed information to provide solutions. 
• Deliver accurate quotes promptly to meet customer expectations. 
• Generate detailed invoices to ensure transparency in transactions. 
• Research and gather information on parts and equipment from various sources. 
• Meet weekly and monthly sales targets set by the company. 
• Proactively identify potential customers and provide ongoing support to existing clients. 
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with other team members and departments as required to maintain efficiency and productivity. 

Qualified candidates will possess the following skills/qualities:

• Strong ability to prioritize customer satisfaction above all. 
• Previous work experience or natural aptitude in sales considered an asset. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
• Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. 
• General mechanical knowledge is advantageous. 
• Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel. 
• Communication skills that shine (both written and verbal), an energetic and detail-oriented approach, and the ability to start tasks independently. 
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling pressure effectively. 
• Outstanding organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. 
• Capability to lift and move items weighing up to 20lbs. 
• Other duties as assigned
